What methods of payment does Host-Everything.net accept?

A. Currently, Host-Everything.net accepts credit cards and wire transfers for all of the services we offer. This streamlines our billing process so we can offer you the lowest prices possible for our services.

Host-Everything.net accepts these major credit cards:
  • Visa
     
  • MasterCard
     
  • American Express
     
  • Discover

You can also pay by check, Paypal, or GoodAsGold.

We currently do not accept Money Orders.

Q.

Why does my credit card keep getting refused at the Host-Everything.net shopping cart page?

A. Host-Everything.net monitors the performance if its systems 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The shopping cart in particular is tested every few minutes for response time. On the rare occasions when it has failed the problem has been noticed immediately and dealt with.

If your card has been rejected please verify that the information you have entered for it is identical to what appears on the card, including the three digit code from the back. Once you have confirmed this we suggest contacting your bank to see if there is a problem with the account.

How do I manage auto-renewal options?

A. Domains set to auto renew will be billed on the date of expiration by our system. Your credit card on file will be charged for a one-year renewal. Domains set to manual renew will not be billed by our system automatically.

To enable the auto renew option:

Step 1:
Log in to the
Host-Everything.net Account Manager.

Step 2:
Select Manage Domains from the Domain Names drop down menu.

Step 3:
Select the domain(s) for which you want to enable the Auto Renew feature.

Step 4:
Click the Auto Renew button.

Step 5:
Indicate if you want changes to apply to the selected domains or to all eligible domains.

Step 6:
Select Automatic Renewal Enabled.

Step 7:
Click Save Changes.

How do I update my Credit Card on file?

A. To update your credit card or other payment information on file:

Step 1:
Log in to the
Host-Everything.net Account Manager.

Step 2:
Select Credit Card & Payment Info from the Customer Info & More drop down menu.

Step 3:
Select the Payment Method you would like to update and click Update Payment Option.

Step 4:
Enter the updated payment information and click Save Changes.

What are the benefits of setting up a GoodAsGold account?

A. A GoodAsGold account enables you to purchase domains, hosting, email accounts, and other Host-Everything.net services without a credit card. Instead, you can wire transfer funds to your account. Once your account is active you can elect to have all Host-Everything.net purchase amounts withdrawn from the account. Note that purchases made using GoodAsGold earn a 2% discount.

How do I use a GoodAsGold Account?

A. You control your GoodAsGold account from your Host-Everything.net Account Manager page. From there, you can check your account balance, review your account transactions and access the wire transfer form and instructions by clicking the GoodAsGold Balance icon from the menus toolbar.



 


To make a purchase using your GoodAsGold account, select from the Host-Everything.net Web site the product(s) you wish to purchase, and then select the GoodAsGold payment option. The charged amount will be withdrawn from your account.

How do I deposit funds to my GoodAsGold account?

A.  GoodAsGold deposits must be wire transferred to Host-Everything.net. To do so fill out the GoodAsGold wire transfer form, then print it out and bring it to your bank. The bank will handle the rest. You will receive an email notification as soon as the money is in your account.

What is the minimum GoodAsGold deposit amount?

A. The minimum deposit amount is $100.

What happens if I run out of funds?

A. If you run out of funds on your GoodAsGold account you must either wire transfer more funds into the account, or use a credit card to make any further Host-Everything.net purchases. If you elect to, you will receive an email notification when your GoodAsGold balance drops below a certain level. The default threshold is $25. You may change this threshold amount if you wish.

Can I change the low-fund threshold for my GoodAsGold account?

A. Yes, to do so, log in to your Host-Everything.net Account Manager.

Step 1:
Click Account Settings on the menu toolbar or in the Customer Info & More list.

Step 2:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and type your new low-fund threshold amount in the space provided.

Step 3:
Click Update Information.

What should I do if I am notified that my GoodAsGold account is low on funds?

A. If your account is low on funds and you want to continue using the GoodAsGold payment plan, you should wire transfer more funds into your account. Click here for wire transfer instructions.

How do I make a purchase with my GoodAsGold account?

A. To make a purchase using funds from your GoodAsGold account, go to the Host-Everything.net home page and select the product(s) you wish to purchase. When selecting the payment method click the GoodAsGold option. The charge will be withdrawn from your account.

What happens if I attempt to make a purchase with insufficient funds?

A. If your GoodAsGold account holds insufficient funds to make a purchase you cannot use your GoodAsGold account to make that purchase. Instead, you must pay with a credit card.

Can I purchase Host-Everything.net products over the phone with a GoodAsGold account?

A. Yes. You will need to call Customer Service for assistance at (480) 624-2500. In order to do so you must provide the Customer Service the amount of your last deposit.

Can I pay part with GoodAsGold and part with a credit card on the same order?

A. No. The full amount must be charged to either your GoodAsGold account or your credit card.

Can I make purchases with a credit card on a GoodAsGold account?

A. No. A GoodAsGold account is entirely based on wire-transferred funds.

How do I dispute a charge to my GoodAsGold account?

Do I have to pass a credit check to open a GoodAsGold account?

A. No credit check is needed. Anyone can open a GoodAsGold account. All you have to do is sign up and wire transfer funds to your account. The minimum deposit is $100.

A. To review your GoodAsGold transactions you must first log in to your Host-Everything.net Account Manager.
